Your moments deserve care.
Club Pulse helps venues collect and share event memories. This notice explains what you share, who can see it and how to request a review.
Account and event information
We store account and venue contact details, protected account credentials, event information, trial details and records of account-management activity. Access depends on the account’s permissions. Guest contributions may include photos, video, voice, captions and guestbook text, with an optional display name. Names are published only when the contributor opts in.
Event visibility
A public event is available to anyone with its URL. A private event uses a secret guest link: anyone holding that link can access the event. Private links are not individual identity verification. The sample gallery uses generated illustrative photographs, not real customer submissions.
Processing and access
Uploaded files are kept private while they are prepared and reviewed. Only approved contributions appear in the event gallery. Media links expire, and private event access is checked whenever files are requested. Likes and reports use a browser-session identifier to help prevent repeated or abusive activity. Authorized account-management connections follow the same account permissions.
Permissions and reporting
Only contribute content you are authorized to share. Upload consent is recorded with the contribution. Approved content may appear in the event gallery and on venue screens; event gallery consent does not authorize advertising reuse. The Report control sends a removal or abuse request to venue moderators. Do not upload content involving minors. For questions about an event or to request removal, contact the venue hosting the event.
Retention and recovery
Each contribution receives a retention deadline based on the venue plan. It becomes inaccessible at that deadline; scheduled cleanup removes its objects, thumbnails, reports and contributor fields. Incomplete uploads expire after 24 hours. Temporary file parts are removed after processing. Sensitive location metadata is removed from published media. Keep your own copies of memories you want to retain; Club Pulse should not be your only archive.
