Good nights. Clear expectations.

Club Pulse is currently available by invitation. These terms explain how venue accounts and guest contributions may be used.

Authorized use

Use only account, venue and event information you are authorized to provide. Do not submit unlawful or abusive content. By contributing, you confirm that you have the necessary permission from the people shown or recorded. Approved media may be displayed in the event gallery and on venue screens according to the event’s visibility and download settings. Contributions do not automatically grant permission for advertising reuse. Do not upload content involving minors. Staff may reject or remove content and enforce event retention limits.

Media controls

Uploads are permitted only while the event is live, within its upload window and subscription limits. Processing may reject unsupported or invalid files. Interrupted transfers can resume during their upload session. Report content in the event gallery or contact venue staff to request review. Keep your own copies; Club Pulse is not your sole archive.

Trials and prices

New venues start with a 14-day free trial. Plan prices and limits are shown in your account. Online payments are not available yet.

Questions about your event

Contact the venue hosting your event for access questions, content reviews or removal requests. Keep your own copies of any media you want to retain.
